Victorian London came to St Faith's School on the 12th and 13th March with the Year 5 production, Pearlies. The musical Pearlies tells the story of Henry Croft, a Victorian
orphan who founded the Pearly Kings and Queens. Around sixty children took part in a first-rate production, delivering really dynamic performances full of energetic singing and
dancing. Soloists and chorus alike excelled themselves and Mrs Bunce, Mrs Allen and the production team ensured that these were evenings to remember. Both performances were very well attended and, probably having listened to the rehearsal CDs many times, my guess is that many of the parents could have sung the lyrics too! So, a huge, Well done! to the St Faith's Pearlies! Bright, Shining and New indeed!
