Tatler Schools Guide 2018

We are delighted to be included in the Tatler Schools Guide 2018.

‘St Faith’s is according to one Cambridge parent, ‘the finest prep school for miles and miles’, where pupils zip around in their distinctive striped blazers while being prepared for the ‘evolving modern world’. Lots of offspring of academic glitterati here, so naturally, they’re leaps and bounds ahead of their game: the new STEM hub will have a night-sky platform and rooftop greenhouse; computer programming is taught from reception and – get this – they’re the only prep school in the UK to teach engineering. Crikey. Energetic head Nigel Helliwell hand-delivers birthday cards each morning, and his ‘future-focused curriculum’ helped pupils bag 29 scholarships last year. Wizard results on the pitches too (they share their 20 acres with the Leys) – 18 teams reached national finals. Roughly half of St Faith’s pupils move up to the Leys, but transfer is far from automatic; others head on to Uppingham or the Perse.’
