Data Complaints:
If you believe that the School has not complied with data protection law because of the way we have handled your personal data or responded to a request where you have exercised your data subject rights, you can make a complaint.
We have provided a complaints form for your convenience which can be accessed here. Alternatively, you may contact the compliance team via email or telephone using the details provided above.
Parents of pupils or pupils who have a complaint about data protection should raise these under the respective Parent or Pupil Complaints Policies which are available on the School’s website.
The School will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt and to conclude your complaint within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with our final response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
