About Us

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

St Faith’s is committed to a policy of equity and aims to ensure that no employee, job applicant, pupil or other member of the School community is treated less favourably on grounds of sex, race, colour, ethnic or national origin, marital status, age, sexual orientation, disability or religious belief. The school has an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Working Group which meets regularly to explore how St Faith’s can actively promote equity, diversity and inclusion, both through the curriculum and in other ways. The Equal Opportunities Policy can be found on the School website or use the download at the bottom of this page. This reflects our EDI vision statement:

The Leys and St Faith’s Schools Foundation recognises and values all individuals. We want every member of our school communities to feel safe that they belong. Our aim is for everyone to feel that they are treated equitably, and supported to reach their full potential.
EDI Statement
The schools’ vision to encourage social responsibility, promote inclusion and respect for diversity is successfully embedded both into the curriculum and wider aspects of school life.
